Dear Kaien,

First, can you please provide us with the following info:
go to http://<camera-ip>/index.php?site=camerasetup/setup.php
then click on "Status Report" and send it to us.

If "FPGA Version" is 3534010 then get other version of x353.bit from here:
http://elphel.cvs.sourceforge.net/viewvc/elphel/elphel353-8.0/fpga/x3x3/x353.bit?view=log
(either revision 1.3 or 1.1.1.1 - any should work)

Then just copy it via ftp to /etc folder and reboot the camera.
