[Elphel-support] Strobing and Power Cycle Rates

Hi,

We are seeing strobing of the camera¹s  under fluorescent lights.
Australian fluorescent lights cycle at 50 hz .

I also have someone more expert on camera¹s here than I. He has suggested
that 
US power cycles at 60 hz and this could be the problem.

How do I adjust the camera¹s so I can remove the effect of strobing.
