[Elphel-support] Elphel flashing problem

After flashing a compiled image neither astreamer nor httpd were running. 
So I tried flashing from the DVD to recover to a precompiled image 
(8.0.8.25 or 41). Forgetting to apply the update this failed and I 
desperately tried to force the camera into network boot mode.
Finally I ran flash_eraseall on each flash partition (blame me) and tried 
again. Only when I remembered to apply the update, the camera loaded the 
intermediate boot image, but didn't flash the final image.






Using method II described in README.flash we wrote a short driver script to 
netboot, see attachment 'netboot-full'.
We first tried to give netboot the parameter '-cmd all' and after that 
didn't work, guessed '-cmd flashitall'.
The flashing process seemed to work, but after turning power on and off, 
there were again no serial messages and no ping.

>From that last attempt see the attached files 'netboot-full-output.txt' 
with the output from etraxfsboot and 'camera-output.txt' with the output 
from the serial line during the reflashing process as well as the logs 
written to the nfs directory in 'logs.tgz'.
