[Elphel-support] Starting Elphel support mailing list

Dear Elphel users, those who consider using our products or designs, and
those who are just curious about Elphel cameras,

We are starting this mailing/discussion list to provide better technical
support to our users, to reduce the number of duplicate explanations we have
when replying to the individual emails. With growing number of customers it
became a necessity to improve the efficiency of our support, so we
implemented the ticket system and this mailing list, all the postings
emailed to this list will be assigned tickets to be replied by Elphel staff.

explains how to post to the list, how to read prior postings and how to
subscribe/unsubscribe yourself.

The contents of this list, all the user postings and replies are considered
to be released under the GNU Free Documentation License, version 1.3 or

not agree with the License terms. If you need sales support, or ask other
non-technical questions you may use other methods of communications provided
