Andrey,
It built this time!
It seems that the support list dont support mail with attached file. Here
is what I found in the build.log might interesting you:

Yes, i would like to see the 8.0.6.3 - as it is now, with php-5.2.9 - the
link is correct now in CVS. I did not check/port php 5.2.1 - most likely
patches made for the 5.2.9 will not be valid for the 5.2.11.
